Icelandair Boeing 767-300 flew in the shape of a heart before landing in Keflavik International Airport today. The aircraft registered TF-ISW was returning from Shanghai after transporting medical supplies to Iceland to fight the Covid-19 outbreak. The aircraft stayed at a steady 2,300ft while flying in the shape of a heart to support those working and fighting this pandemic.

The airline operated one of their two Boeing 767-300s to China. On the 8th of April, the airline operated its longest flight in history to collect medical supplies from Shanghai. They have been carrying out these flights since to battle this pandemic in Iceland. For more information on their initial operation, click here.

It is nice to see some positivity spread through the skies tonight for us aviation enthusiasts. During these difficult times worldwide, it is nice to receive a pleasant surprise as such to keep our spirits lifted. For now, airlines across the world will continue to deliver their duty and keep fighting this pandemic together.
